A development of 8 floors to create 134 co-living units and associated communal amenity spaces, including gym and landscaped terraces. The ground floor will include co-working and a retail unit. In keeping with the Luxgrove model, the base build and internal fit out are finished to a high standard. The project has been designed to achieve BREEAM ‘Excellent’. Planning permission was achieved in August 2024. The separate enabling works / demolition package is due to start on site 4Q2024.
