Jacoah are working in partnership with DML. Appointed by the Swiss Government to undertake PM/EA (DML) and Cost Management (Jacoah) for the extension and full refurbishment of the Swiss Embassy in London. The proposed building will combine office, visa processing, function space and private residences for the Ambassador and other Swiss diplomats. With focus on sustainability, the concept takes inspiration from systems used extensively in Switzerland to minimise the use of mechanical ventilation and cooling such as chilled ceiling and room connector fans to minimise the building emissions.
